Seller and License
Magsmi develops Easymoji and licenses it to you. Polar Software, Inc. sells it as the merchant of record, processes payment and tax, and issues your invoice. Polar's checkout buyer terms at https://polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms also apply to the purchase.
You may use Easymoji only if you can legally accept these terms where you live. A purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Easymoji on one device, including every update released for as long as Easymoji is offered. Easymoji is licensed, not sold. Do not share, resell, or publish your license key.
Easymoji's own code belongs to Magsmi. The emoji artwork comes from open-source projects and keeps its own licenses, listed under Emoji Artwork below.
A 3-license pack provides three separate keys, each for one device. You may initially assign each key to your own device or to one chosen recipient, who must accept these terms. This initial assignment is the only exception to the restriction on sharing and transfer. Do not resell or publish the keys.
The app checks the license online when it starts and every 24 hours, and keeps working offline for up to 3 days. Your license does not expire and needs no renewal. It keeps working, with every update, until the purchase is refunded or the license is revoked.

Easymoji includes the emoji artwork below without changes. The app includes the full license texts in THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md.

Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with the refund form at easymoji.com/support or by emailing support@easymoji.com. Polar issues refunds as the seller and may take time to review a request. When a refund is issued, the license is revoked. This does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law.
A 3-license pack is refunded as a whole purchase. Enter any one key from that pack and the original purchase email in the refund form. A full pack refund revokes all three keys, including any assigned to other recipients. Individual keys cannot be refunded separately. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable Use, Third Parties, and Changes
Use the app lawfully. Do not interfere with the app or its providers, bypass purchase or access controls, introduce malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights.
The app depends on platform and service providers outside Magsmi's control, and their terms also apply. Magsmi may fix, change, or discontinue features while respecting paid rights required by law.
Warranties and Liability
The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi does not promise that the app or your records will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or recoverable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, Magsmi's total liability relating to the app is limited to what you paid for it. This does not limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury, or liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow Magsmi to exclude or limit.
Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections and competent courts where you live remain available where applicable. Updated terms will show a new effective date, with additional notice where required. Questions can be sent to support@easymoji.com.
